Hi guys , idk else what to do but i am dying afteer 35+ trauma stacks, I know about unique flasks but is there any other option . I am dying only on unique bosses. I can change eldrichs and eaters on my helmet to (When unique boss) it will give me some extra recoup. but i think that wont be enough. To be honest, you went too heavy on damage and didn't get enough life (you have 114% on tree and 3,669 unreserved life). Mitigation can only do so much if you have so little life.

It does matter because trauma deals flat damage. If you actually had 10k life you would not be dying at 35 stacks.
If you want to stop dying, there are 2 main ways-You either get more life or you swap to a Level 8 Boneshatter gem. If you are mainly scaling damage through stacks rather than flat damage, a L8 gem will drop you down from 4% more to 3% more but drastically cut the self-damage you take. There is no magic bullet otherwise. The skill is balanced around the fact that this is a problem. |

I'd just drop ashes and not use divergent boneshatter if you can't take the hit.
If you wanna keep using ashes, you should use anomalous precision, phantasmal ancestral protector, divergent arctic armour and anomalous ancestral warchief to squeeze some more power from the build. Other than that, as others mentioned, your life is too low for a boneshatter build. More life means more regeneration from % regen sources and more leech per second. Drop some of the melee strike range tattoos for life tattoos and use some of the strength nodes for life tattoos. " I think the problem here is that his selfdamage per hit get's higher than his recovery can handle ending in a net damage per hit. With that being the case stacking more HP won't do much aside from maybe allowing him to get another 1 or 2 stacks before dying then. @OP You've done all the standard stuff already so there isn't much left to suggest. You could consider replacing molten shell with immortal call. That has the upside of not getting used up by your selfdamage. Other than that the only somewhat efficient option left to further mitigate your selfdamage is phys taken as element conversion, either from a watchers eye (expensive as hell) or from body armor/lethal pride which would require a setup change to Lightning Coil/Cloak of Flame + Lethal Pride instead of 4th Vow and Glorious Vanity. Should help with selfdamage but it's the weaker defensive option overall so i don't know if i even want to suggest it. Other than that i think you've done everything there is to be done and have hit the limit. BS damage comes at a price and there is a limit to how much you can take of that. /edit, your best bet would likely be to go for Loreweave + Transcendence with lot's of phys to ele conversion, 70+% at least. That would give you the best survivability possible both regarding selfdamage and external damage but it's REALLY expensive and it kinda needs a shield (Dawnbreaker). I agree, no matter how much he stacks there will always be a limit. With his damage though, he doesn't need to get much higher in stacks unless he's fighting Ubers. But either way you slice it, <4k like is a terrible idea on a build like this.
