2 accounts (steam + no steam)

i had already an account (account samycaz with steam) and several years after, i('vre just created an account.
I start the league and i realized i didn't have my old charac. so i continued to level up.

i'd like to merge my both accounts (and i think i did buy features so i'd like to have them without buying them again)

is it possible ? and how ?
