Tattoo of the Tasalio Shaman not applying buff
   I applied 2x "Tattoo of the Tasalio Shaman" (5% chance to Hinder Enemies on Hit with Spells) and buff is not showing in stats. I'm using "Path of the Templar" and tattoos are in Templar's part of the tree. I added different tattoo right next to these 2 and it worked. Other tattoos I have are fine and do apply buff. Not all stats are shown on the character tab. Chance to Hinder is not shown.

That explains it.
Just checked it with Hypnotic eye jewel with "% chance to hinder enemies on hit with spells" and it's not showing in stats either. Thank you! |
