30% Flask Quality

How do you get 30% flask quality without corrupting the item? I though Hillock T4 only went to 28%.

Are you sure this is possible?
(Maybe some special drops or drop rules can give flasks with >28% quality? Dont know.) No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

At least some random Archnem mod makes flasks drop with 10% to 30% quality iirc, that's how I dropped mine
Concerning unique flasks, I don't think you can have them with 30% quality outside of chancing a 30% qual white flask. |

You are right! I don't know when but I could have sworn I used Hillock to get flasks to 30% quality at some point unless my memory is going...

" Me too, and I have several non-corrupted 30% flasks in Standard. Doubt there was other way than Hillock to get them, simply because I was too noob to use other ways back then :) Was surprised to see wiki now saying it is capped at 28%, I'd test it to make sure. Hillock was always 22/24/26/28 for flasks. I know this because I played Poison Concoction a couple of leagues. The only way to get a 30 is to drop it that way from an AN mob.

It might not have much use, but I do like that extra .1 base seconds on my Kiara's Determination. I'm not quite there, but I only need another 3% increased flask duration to have it guarantied permanent.
