My PoB keep saying my account is private, and the TFT bulk selling Tool not show my charactor

I try to import my account to PoB by name ma2matpoe, but it say that my Account profile is private. Even my privacy setting is all unchecked. And the TFT bulk selling Tool does not any thing

I assume you got it working after posting this, since I have no problem importing your characters into PoB.
