Tattoos and legacy threshold jewels

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended but the Honoured Tattoo of the Tuatara doesn't count as attributes for legacy threshold jewels like Ring of Blades, First snow ect.

quite likely threshold jewel only count attribute from base effect . (haven't test with timeless jewel myself)
Have you tried Combat Focus? Also note that just like Crystallised Omniscience, and the wording of threshold jewel (and the coding behind), "to all Attributes" probably count differently This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. They work with timeless jewels, I tested combat focus it doesn't work
