additional projectile tattoos+warrior's tale

i just bought a second Tattoo of the ramako makanga and yesterday the first i bought was displaying "skills fire 2 additional projectiles" (in radius of the warrior tales) and was at 7 "number of arrows to fire" but when i put the second one i'm still at 7 arrows and the first one now display "skills fire an additional arrow" so 14 divs for 8% less projectiles speed feels bad ngl. is it a bug or intended ?

okk if i take off the lethal pride it goes back to fire 2 additional projectiles. Didnt think about that ! Thank you very much !!! <3
