Not recieving password reset email

I tried to reset my password as I want to log into the standalone client instead of steam. But I guess I do not remember my password. But when I tried to reset it I dont get an email

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble receiving your password reset email! If you've yet to do so, the first thing I'd try is to add support@grindinggear.com to your contact list, resend the email, and double check your spam/trash folder to ensure the email hasn't ended up there.
