How's my Slivertongue build ?

Ok I'm just a casual player but I have been playing for years. I get the impression this Bow is unpopular. Still I would love to hear some thoughts on ways to maximize the build.
I have a Drillneck Quiver and Yriel's Fostering with a Hyrri's truth.

Seems like they are made for each other....

The only build guides I found for Slivertongue are very old.

Like I said the word seems to be , good clear speed , bad Bossing.
Its such a cool set up tho. I want to mke it work.

Whenever I get the itch to play Bleed Bow Glad, the best unique bow you can use is Slivertongue (until I craft my endgame rare).
