Enduring Bond anoint not extending SRS duration

Anointed Enduring Bond on amulet, timed SRS duration on stopwatch, no difference in duration compared to without Enduring Bond. Skill tooltip also does not reflect any change.

You can't double dip on passives by allocating them and then annointing them. You already have the passive allocated, so annointing it does nothing.
