8 Adjacent Passive Skills allocated

I just found this neat Honoured Tattoo of the Makanga. The problem is that I'm seriously struggling to find anything except ONE place in my skill tree where I could put it, by wasting 5 passive skill points. I tried searching for people who actually use it in their builds, but couldn't find the option in poe.ninja.

I'd really like to see what kinds of builds use this and benefit from it without huge sacrifices. If it was 7 or 6 allocated points, it'd still be massively limited but not basically unusable for my build.

For my build, the only spots I've found are next to "The Agnostic" (3 wasted passives) and above "Lord of the Dead" (8+ wasted passives). Might use the one next to The Agnostic.
