Does RF Work with +1 all fire skill gems or fire spell skill gems?

Pretty much what the title says.. I am trying to craft an amulet and the skill that hit was +1 Fire skills gems.. So i hover over RF and it says spell.. So will it work?

rf is both a fire spell skill gem and a fire skill gem. it will work
