Need help linking Temporal Chains

I'm pretty new. Have a 4 link with Bane, Despair, and Spell Cascade Support that also had Void manipulation support. I had Temporal chains inserted on another piece.
I'm trying to substitute Void Manipulation support with Temporal chains and suddenly I can't cast TC. Bane is level 5 as is TC. I've substituted all the gems one by one and the issue goes away when I remove Bane. Also I've tried removing Despair, leaving TC, and Bane and cascade and still TC won't cast. Anyone know why they won't work together? I thought it was maybe a curse limit but as they won't work when it's only them, idk. Thanks.

You use Bane to cast other curses, so TC will be disabled when linked to Bane.
