São Paulo server DESPERATELY needs help.

Unplayable. Latency chart is basically a zigzag between 20ms and 35000ms. No, it is not my ISP. I've had this problem using, as of yet, 7 different ISPs in 7 different locations. It is a GGG problem. I wish I knew why GGG doesn't give a single sh*t to south america players.

Having the same problem since last week, called my internet service provider 3 times to try to solve and they said that on their part everything was okay, after further tests of my own with traceroute and checking the problem one connection before reaching the São Paulo servers was complete going to shit, this is not happening with any other server located in São Paulo, tried Riot servers, Google servers, no problems, only GGG servers are having this problems, tried to contact the support and they said that they are with limited staff to solve problems, great...

" No, it is your ISP, as has almost all WinMTR's over the years of the server being up have shown. Had the same problem yesterday, discord communities were ablaze. We ended up migrating to the Washington DC server and the issues were gone.

Lost too many hours of exp, currency and fun. I'll call this league a quits, it's becoming frustrating to a point where i am hating the game.. Literally UNPLAYABLE.
We as customers shouldn't care or have to even argue about if it's Brazil's government corruption, GGG's trying something new that fucked everything up or whatever... At this point, with the same instability for more than 2 weeks, a workaround should've been provided or they should've notified about any progress and there were no news so far. Starting to feel that the "we're south americans, they don't care" thing is real |

At this point the should create a sever based in Chile or Argentina, they tend to be more stable than Br Server
