Hello, I have a question about summon lightning golem. Does the support gem called fastcaster gem affect the casting speed of golem attacks?

Lightning golem has 2 damaging spells, said spells being galvanic bolt and storm orb. So yes, faster casting support will make the lightning golem cast these spells faster.
Storm orb has a cooldown of 8 seconds, so the builds that utilize lightning golem as the main damage gem generally try to scale galvanic bolt's damage through projectile/spell damage. This is why anomalous faster projectiles support work very well with lightning golems. And yes, essence of horror's critical strike chance mod will work on minions. "buff grenades"
