Deco and Roll back - lost all my loot

Hello !
On September monday 4Th, 23h05, i started in my expedition logbook.
When i started the event and exploded the first mine, game deconection.
I try to log back in, doesnt let me. I change server, i can go back in. Portal are still up.
When i try to click on a portal, infinite loading then game crash, saying it couldnt connect.
I try to change server again, game launch and i finally can enter the map.
I do the event and around the end, again game deconection.
Log back in, can enter the map again to finish the event and the boss.
Finally while i m looting, disconnection again.
And this time, when i log in, the maps had vanished, and all the loot in my inventory disapeared also ! Like a roll back..

Could you explain to me what happened ? Can i get my logbook back at least ?
I never had any internet issue nor computer issue.

Yeah had the same issue, but in a Simalcrum at wave 24. Disconnect, failed to join Hideout, all Portals gone :(

i just lost item worth 5 divines bcuz these ***** DC's
