HexBlast issues

I'm currently having issues with my Skill Gem HexBlast Mines I was using it just fine with no problems then all of a sudden I couldn't use the skill at all. I slotted other gems in the same socket and could use it with no problem. I gave my friend my setup; he could use HexBlast Mine without a problem. He gives it back and I can't use it. I'm so frustrated. I have the required stats and equipment.

Listen fam I ain't even gonna lie to you I appreciate your help. I completely forgot to link that in... LOL Was crafting last night and not paying attention. Keep up with helping stupid people like me. XD
