Blight Tower Cost in Blighted Maps

The atlas has two nodes which each grant 20% reduced cost for building/upgrading towers. Does that reduction also apply to towers in Blighted maps?
Asking as I would have thought the Cassia's Pride keystone would work in Blighted maps but I've heard it doesn't. Thanks! Last bumped on Sep 3, 2023, 8:51:02 PM

Atlas passives do not affect Blighted maps.
