Bring Pantheon to Ruthless

I feel like a very nerfed version of Pantheon would be great for Ruthless. In Softcore you normally just set a major and lesser and forget about it. In Ruthless I feel like it could be a great addition to swap during maps/bosses.It would also add another goal in Ruthless to farm the divine vessels. Of course it would need to be heavily nerfed, like the recent nerfs to ascendancy nodes but probably even harder.

I would want a ruthless with just the drop rate reduction and not the nerf to a lot of the other things

So, just make a item filter that hides almost everything? :D
