Due to a huge increase in the electric bill, I will use my desktop PC less. Now I would like to know if this game runs on an Intel i7-13700H with Iris Xe graphics.

You’re not going to have a good time in this game (or most others) without a video card.
Perhaps use your desktop but for less time rather than using your laptop for the same amount of time? At least that way you’ll be getting a good experience when you are gaming. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Interesting is that Star Trek Online or City of Heroes seems working quite well. According to the Userbenchmark site, the Iris Xe compares to a GTX 650 Ti on quite a similar power level. Therefore let's try it.

POE is not really APU-friendly.

Did a short test and it seems working. Only text is not readable while moving.
