Banned without reason?

Hi, i was just playing solo, without any additional programs or anything that could trigger autoban i think (if there is such thing), i did not engage in chat or with any other players.

Suddenly i got banned by administrator in the middle of solo session.

Is there anything i can do to know what am i banned for? My guess is some admin missclicked or something like that :P
