Droprate for Tatto of the Ngamahu Warmonger sucks

I am playing ssf and around 1100 rank.
Just want to say how these tattoos drop is absolutely dumb for ssf, I target farm these for days not getting one.
Just add it to final reward or sth, why is this a thing anyways? The +1 skiller are rly easy to get and the power lvl is way above the warmongers, just want to have fun with explody build and cannot start.
Mby it is my rank and when I am like close to 2k this thing finally drops at an acceptable rate... But still waayyyyyyyyyy to much time investment for ssf.
