Stormshroud and Tempest Shield

Good afternoon.

I noticed today that Jewel - Stormshroud doesn't work with the Tempest Shield gem.
In the last league, this gem gave Chance to Avoid to all conditions after activating the Tempest Shield aura.
Now this is not.

please tell me, was this change made on purpose, or is something not working?

They don't work together because Tempest Shield provides shock immunity, not shock avoidance.
