Help 100% Using GPU

After this 3.22.0b Hotfix 4 update, my game got FPS capped at 45 in Dx12.
Already in Dx11 there is a lot of stutter, open a harvest and the game is in slow motion. With vulkan it's the same as Dx12.  GPU Copy 100% all time. Same issue with me and I'm using RTX 2070 too. In my case, the model is ZOTAC RTX 2070 AMP.
Maybe there is a problem with RTX2070. cpu usage is 100% and needs more on dx11 and on vulkan and dx12 gpu does. Hope they fix this soon.. Last edited by Podozup#7266 on Sep 1, 2023, 4:51:14 AM

I had the same issue. I did found out that the patch actually changed my graphical settings and boosted everything to max again. So I turned off Global Illumination and AA. It runs smoother again and a lot more silent too.

I have the same problem but actually it's worse...
Either DX12 or Vulkan my game is capped at 23-24 fps no matter what Task manager shows GPU 100% on Copy (not 3D) I'm going crazy trying to find a solution ... i have the same problem..... for over a month, at this point im just waiting a patch and see.... diablo 4 or wow, even warframe have good performance but this i dont understant
