Around 2 months ago due to my work and alot of travelling I have very short play time. I've found out my Steam account was compromised and when I checked activity found out who accessed it did acess PoE, and all my my items and years of hoarding in standard were taken.
I immediately seeked GGG support and sadly their reply was " Oh no, sorry to hear that. let us when you want to unlock your account". I understand their point of view, no matter how heartbreaking for me to lose all my stuff since back 3.0 I wanted to quit but yesterday I decided to give them another try, and asked them to unlock my account but their response is taking forever for them to process this request as they take hours to reply me back to ask me provide them more of this "Security" questions. It's almost 24 hours since I asked to get my account unlocked, and its 5hrs since their last reply to me. I'm only able to play only 2 days a week, a day has passed already and they still didn't support me. Are they really asking me to beg them just to unlock my account and play their game? You aren't #1 priority. And no they aren't asking you to beg that's just silly and you being impatient.

I am not saying I am first priority whatsoever, I am saying processing a ticket shouldn't take hours to hear feedback.
You can call me impatient but I do try manage my free time to play the game, I am not able to play every day in the week, just 2 days and some weeks I am not able. Of course I will be impatient |

Slowly asking questions over multiple emails instead of sending them all in one go is a complete waste of everyone’s time and GGG really should be less daft. Unfortunately, inefficiency is their forte…
That said - I don’t know if you are aware, but they launched a new challenge league less than a fortnight ago. Consequentially, this will be one of their busiest 8 weeks of the year. If they really are responding in a matter of hours, that is very impressive. Particularly given their being in New Zealand, and most of their customers therefore contacting them during the middle of the night. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

" Question 1: Who is responsible for the situation? If you, wait and don't get into this situation if you can wait. If it's PoE, they should make this priority. Question 2: Why are you thinking they should hurry up this if it is because of you? People are banned and mail them, people miss mtx and mail them, some bought to wrong account and mail them, and I could continue. It would be super if they always responded directly - and in fact they have to me, but I havn't got any bigger issues so I could get answer from the one who read it. And I know it suck if not able to play when I want to. Don't get you account locked at least then I will pity more! EDIT: And if you have been hoarding for years, trust me a week not to maybe is godd, but I wanna say, a few days compared to years? You can horde for years soon. EDIT 2: And last thing. " It dose, because there are thousands of people daily having to go through the same process during the early stages of a league launch. So the process for you is to send and email, wait a bit answer staggered security questions then wait again (probably even longer) until it is your turn to have your ticket processed. Or you could have it like they used to, where you would receive NO contact right up to the point they were ready to process it which could take weeks or longer if you keep trying to bump your ticket.
