wtf? i remember it was 5-8c and was super ez buy in bulk but now its giga rare map with no pool for bulk... I feel like they are just rarer overall. I finally vaal'd my first one last night and normally I hit like 1-2 a day. I dunno if they nerfed the vaal rate or I just used to be really lucky with them. Blighted maps and expedition were throwing them around like candy for example. So no, I don't think it's because of the beasts. That's a quote from the patchnotes.
