Unaffected by bleeding not stopping corrupting blood damage

I know the symbol is still supposed to show up but the damage is definitely coming through. I have died twice to corrupting blood since getting the jewel.

They changed it after those patch notes to separate corrupted blood and bleed. Can't remember exactly which patch but it must state both unaffected by bleeding and unaffected by corrupted blood to give you immunity to both.
