Commandment of War on Kill enchant not working

Since new league started, gloves enchant "Commandment of War on Kill" not working. Weapon imitations spawning, but not attacking at all.

Reported a month ago, still not fixed. In the previous season there was exactly the same problem but it was fixed in one of the hotfixes.
