Is performance issue my PC or POE?

Hey guys, so I have been fiddling about with settings and tried everything, still getting large FPS drops especially at busy (and dangerous) times during maps etc. I bought a new graphics card and now I'm not sure if it's strong enough.

i7 Core 8700
RX 6700 XT (newly obtained)
16 GB RAM
500W PSU
SSD

Is my rig strong enough? Are the FPS drops due to my system being too weak? Or is this a global problem.

Most likely it's poe issue with some unlucky rigs.
There is no guarantee that new rig will fix performance but at the same time there are people with worse rigs and they play ok.

Well, that GPU states that it needs a 650W PSU, but that's probably not what's causing PoE to run poorly, that's from the recent "performance" patch.

I have a weaker system than you and managed to complete the Atlas. It seems to be luck of the draw if your system works with the game now. My biggest issue is insanely long load times which used to be quite quick.

It's not your rig my friend, they messed something up big time and can't figure out what apparently.
If you can't run PoE with that hardware then we might need some leftover computers from NASA to run PoE2.
Hang in there and hope we get a solution soon.

P.S.: Besides this issue, your PSU is barely hanging on for that GPU, do yourself a favour and get a 650w minimum. ;)
