Is performance issue my PC or POE?

Hey guys, so I have been fiddling about with settings and tried everything, still getting large FPS drops especially at busy (and dangerous) times during maps etc. I bought a new graphics card and now I'm not sure if it's strong enough.
i7 Core 8700 RX 6700 XT (newly obtained) 16 GB RAM 500W PSU SSD Is my rig strong enough? Are the FPS drops due to my system being too weak? Or is this a global problem. Last bumped on Aug 28, 2023, 9:37:59 PM

Most likely it's poe issue with some unlucky rigs.

" It's not your rig my friend, they messed something up big time and can't figure out what apparently. If you can't run PoE with that hardware then we might need some leftover computers from NASA to run PoE2. Hang in there and hope we get a solution soon.
