How to get a lvl83 Despot Axe?

I'm new to the game and would like to know where I can get / find / craft a lvl83 Despot Axe?

It drop from area level 83 ~ T16 map (ignoring the factor that unique monster drop +2 to item level)


But seriously, this basetype is not meta and probably hidden from filter , you can try your luck on trade site to buy one.



While crafting.......it cost a lot of alternation and regal and lucky ex slam , or a lot of fossil spamming. I don't think people use Despot Axe as crafting base at all. And crafting is highly not recommended to new player

What neo said crafting is tough for new players here some info if you still wanna go that route.

The Expedition Vendors Rog and Gwennon might have one in there shop just hold alt and make sure its the right ilvl

Despot Axe is a totally valid base to craft on if not the best. Maybe not for profit in trade. But still...On trade buy a fractured attack speed base(probably to expensive for op), ssf pray to rngesus to hit attack speed on top of hybrid i guess.

Use Essences for flat phys until you hit hybrid %phys, annul if u have to for open prefix and suffix. Prefixes cannot be changed + Aisling slam and hope to get % phys/impale, craft double damage when focused, voila... Probably to advanced for most players, but that is one way to craft a solid boneshatter weapon.
