Elder Guardians with Destructive Play

Almost positive that the extra ambush bosses don't drop additional boss maps when you witness an Elder guardian with destructive play allocated. I ran 10 twisteds and got less than half the boss drops I got doing shaper guardians and all of the drops were from the elder guardian.

Bump, ran 11 rotations and didn't drop a single map from those extra bosses, switched to shaper guardian rotations and immediately spawned bosses started dropping maps.

Bump, over 30 rotations in and never saw a guardian/conq map or an invitation from the additional bosses that spawned even though all boss nodes are allocated.

Wait: do extra maps still drop from Destructive play with the Formed (Shaper)? I understand why they don't drop from Twisted (Elder); As stated in the previous post - The Elder guardians are not the original map boss.

" Yeah, after running 30-35 sets of each. Shaper can drop maps, elder can't, and elderslayer can't but the actual map bosses before can. So technically just elder maps you're screwed out on. The weird part once "It that fell" (underground river boss) dropped a map during an elder witness, I assume that's just a random mob drop, not boss loot. When doing the maven invitation elder and elderslayer can drop boss maps there. I honestly don't know why they are excluded, besides some old reasoning?
