Betrayal bugged, Transportation cannot spawn

I usually stack up my Betrayal missions and run them all in one go after swapping the Atlas tree. Been running Betrayal now for 2 days and Transportation is bugged and cannot spawn in any of my maps.

- Haven't had any Transportations past 2 days
- Any time Fortification isn't on the map, Mission status is 0/2
- Any time Fortification safe house is ready to be done, Mission status is 0/2

Betrayal is my go to Master mission so I know Intervention and Research always spawn on a map with the two others being chosen on random. In whole league, Trasportation missions have been non-existent even when Fortification is not chosen.

Have this problem also with Transportation and Fortification on following maps: Wharf and Crimson Temple (there may be more maps). On these maps Jun mission have only 2 encounters

I did went back and respec'd the Atlas tree again and I did get Transportation on different map lay outs.

Crimson Temple does NOT spawn Transportation.

There are probably other maps too as mentioned, but f.e. it does spawn in Tropical Island.
