Bone Crypt Map not dropping connected maps?

not sure if this is just poor sample size, but ive run about 6 bone crypt maps now and it wont drop its connected maps. Ive gotten tier 2 maps that i already have off of Barrows and Plateau from Bone Crypt, but i havent gotten Mineral Pools or Primordial Blocks to drop. the 10 ish maps i have gotten, seven were tier 1, and three were tier 2, but not connected.
