Ceinture of Benevolence causing flask duration inconsistencies with linked target's personal flasks.

Some more info:
Ceinture of Benevolence applies non-unique utility flasks with linked targets. Ceinture user’s flasks are enchanted with “Used when Charges reach full.” Linked target’s flasks are enchanted with “Reused at the end of this Flask’s effect” The highlighted flask, Coruscating Elixir, has a duration of 11.6 second at 20% quality. While killing monsters, the linked target’s active flasks appear to gain duration sporadically in the flask UI but NOT the actual buff duration in the buff UI. This causes a lapse in the flask reading the effect ending and the actual effect ending, so the flask falls off. In this specific situation, it kills both the Ceinture user and the linked target since the linked target relies on Coruscating elixir to not die from chaos damage. A temporary work around seems to be setting the linked users flasks to “Used when Charges reach full.” Are we making a stupid mistake somewhere or is this a bug?
