Steam does not launch Poe

Hello,

Little backstory:

Recently got into POE thanks to a friend i first installed it on my desktop where it runs without problems (on steam)

few days later i installed in on my laptop where it launched (also on steam) without any problems.

2 Days ago i tried starting it up on my laptop where steam recognises the game process has started but after loading a while it stops.
(no game windows error msg pop up)

i checked my event viewer to see what might be the cause if it :

adding to that i see that there is also a recurring ".dll" fille error :

Autopilot.dll WIL error was reported.
HRESULT: 0x80070491

Message: NULL

No idea if this is relevant to the problem.
Should be fixed by running "cmd in admin mode" and entering following lines:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It is doing this atm so that problem should be resolved.
worst case i can disable the autopilot.dll but this would/could cause problems with onedrive etc according to other posts i read regarding this .dss file


I checked the file integrety trough steam multiple times with no succes.
Yesterday i reinstalled the game (no clean install). also with not succes.

today i reinstalled my nvidea driver
updated to the current windows update
Going to attempt a clean install and remove the cache regarding POE hoping it will solve it .

But if that does not fix it im at my end of what i know i can do

Just cleared my download cache from steam, relogged tried starting the game still no succes.

To check if it is a hardware problem or with Poe/steam i launched Black desert online wich ran without a problem.

Furthermore to see if it a problem with steam in general i installed "rome total war" wich launched without a problem.

so the problem lies completly with Poe install/excecution but why i have no idea
