Forbidden Flame/Flesh Ngamahu, Flames Advance not applying

Using Ngamahu, Flames Advance does not apply when obtaining the node through forbidden flame/flesh. The large radius appears around the jewel, however increases and reductions to damage types are not changed to fire damage, and the +3 strength on small and notable passive skills is not added.

Also just tested on Juggernaut and it does not work also.
