Tormented Spirits AI and Speaker of the Dead don't like eachother.
I've been trying out the Speaker of the Dead node, and it feels like the tormented spirit AI is actively fighting against me with it.
Tormented spirits become active when u get near them, they then search for a rare to go into, if they can't find one close, they run away for a while then stop and search again. With Speaker of the Dead, they activate, have nothing to enter, and run away from you. Often through monsters. They will continue to do this until you are very close to them when they retarget, they will then enter you. So you end up having to go past lots of monsters trying to get the thing to notice you. One easy fix would be when you have the keystone allocated, tormented spirits initial flee period is towards you. Last bumped on Aug 25, 2023, 11:30:04 AM

I agree. The AI is poor.
20% quant nodes (40% with wandering path) are way overtuned Ghost Busting seems to be most beneficial for group play which can have a specific ghost buster person. If you are solo, you need a tanky movespeed char to touch everything and then relog to your clear build. Very annoying optimal gameplay for a solo player. Could use some balancing to make such annoying relog gameplay not the most optimal way to play. |
