Normal Alva or "Artefacts of the Vaal" node? + TLDR

TLDR: With normal Alva you have more chances to make your room level 3.

I was in doubt and decided to test if there is a difference in the chance of entering the same incursion with the normal Alva VS with the "Artefacts of the Vaal" node allocated .

· Normal Alva - You need 4 Alva Missions to complete the Temple of Atzoatl.
· Alva with "Artefacts of the Vaal" node allocated - You need 3 Alva Missions to complete the Temple of Atzoatl.

Look at the image below and see the reasoning:
· It is not possible to join the same incursion on the same map/instance.
· So it's better to run 4 Alva missions (3+3+3+3 runs) than 3 Alva Missions (4+4+4 runs).

But then I wondered if normal Alva has the same rule of not repeating incursions that in 4-incursion maps would have.

For example look at the image below:
¿Is it only possible to enter incursion 3 again in incursion 5 onwards?
It doesn't repeat in same map/instance the normal Alva or even in the "Artefacts of the Vaal", so the "Artefacts of the Vaal" node would be better than the normal Alva, because you would need 3 Alva Missions per temple.

Look at the image below.
This was what I tested and it repeated from incurison 3 to 4. This would not happen with the "Artefacts of the Vaal" node allocated.

So with normal Alva you have more chances to make your room level 3. =)

I don't know if I expressed myself well, but I would like to share this with anyone who likes to run Alva's Missions.

I haven't done any research on it, but assumed similar results.

It seems like a bad node because there are fewer chances to encounter the good rooms.

I have every other Alva node alocated, but did not take Artefacts of the Vaal.

Otherwise, leaning into Delerium and tormented spirits. Next up, beyond. (I'm pretty casual, only just entering red maps.)
Thanks for sharing!

I was wondering about this myself since it came up.
