Sanctum - Initial Archivist quest

Hello All,

I already completed the To enter the Forbidden Sanctum quest players must place
The Mortinomicon Exitio Immortalis in the Sanctum. I did this, and went in, but died, and when I came back out the book was no longer in the Altar. I went back to the Ossuary to acquire the tome again, but it's not there. I'm not able to buy or initiate another "sanctum run".

Anyone know how I can get back into the Sanctum.

When I go back to the Docks, I see the arhivist there, and she just says visit the sanctum, b/c she has the yellow exclamation point, but when I go, it doesn't show or do anything, and no option to re-aquire the tome.

I had the same problem... but found the solution :-)
Look carefully all over ossuary zone, and you will find a stairs to "forbidden archives". The book is there.

Thanks, I went back to the forbidden Archives, and see the heretic tome, but when I click it, it doesn't give me the book to pick up.

This just happened to me. The book is not showing up and I cannot progress.

same here, i never played sanctum league, got the The Mortinomicon Exitio Immortalis, used it then clicked around and it disappeared, now im not able to finish the quest

not dropping again from ossuary zone either
