Sextant "Additional Elder/Shaper/Conqueror Guardian Map drops" doesn't work with duplication chance

Sextant "An additional Elder/Shaper/Conqueror Guardian Map drops on Completing your Maps (Tier 14+)" does not work with atlas passive "#% chance for Map drops to be duplicated".
Tested this for quite a bit this league but not a single duplication while I have 37% duplication chance. Wording implies it is supposed to work(Sextant mod wording "drops" and "drops to be duplicated", previous version considered the duplication mod. I confirm this. 0 duplicates. 37% in atlas tree doesnt work.

still doesn't work, complete 100 maps, no duplication

I also have run two 16-use sextants and didn't get a single duplication. Would love to see this fixed.
