(Semi - Solved) How to minimize CPU/GPU temperature while playing? (Steam Deck)

I'm playing on a Steam Deck and the game ran fine last time I played in Sanctum League. Yes, the Steam Deck likes to get loud sometimes with it's loud fan, but this League it's been worse and I worry about it overheating (regularly reach temperatures >85°C in busy combat and I haven't even reached maps yet - where stuff gets real busy).

Every time I enter a town my device sounds like a jet engine, with both CPU and GPU loads often increasing to >95%. So I already turned down pretty much every setting I can on Vulkan Renderer and even turned down resolution. I can still hit 60FPS, but the temperature is a real problem. Don't want a game to kill my machine.

EDIT:
Okay, I worked some stuff out:
- The Steam Deck Power Saving options have a lot of customizablity:
-> I limited my Framerate and Refresh Rate to 50
-> I set the Manual GPU Clock Control to 1000 (down from 1600)

In Addition to setting all my graphical settings ingame to low or disabling stuff, as well as setting an ingame foreground FPS cap to 50, this managed to make my temperatures mostly stay under 85°C. Towns are still a disaster from a performance standpoint, but I can play the game relatively fluently in 50 fps. Odd number, I know, but it works.

I'm not a tech guy, so take my advice with a grain of salt, but I think PoE always tries to use 100% of available resources, and maybe you need to limit this on a BIOS level to avoid your device running hot. It's summer after all and it's hot everywhere.

My cpu is using 100% most of the time while playing, it is just not on...
