Unleashed Potential does not increase duration of alternate charges (e.g. Absorbtion charges)

Is this intended?

I read that, but belts granting alternate charges have a set of modifiers transfering modifier effects of base charges to alternate charges. So with a bit of wishful thinking, I hope this here is a bug :) Both passive and belts in question are not that popular, and now robbed of synergy which seems intuitive
