what does Requires 7 adjacent Passive Skills Allocated mean?

so i wanted try this tatoo it says it replaces 10 str node on tree and also requires Requires 7 adjacent Passive Skills Allocated i had 7 str nodes in a line but i still couldnt use it am i missing something?

"Adjacent" would mean that all of those passives would have to connect directly to the strength node you're replacing. No nodes in between, like your "line of 7" has.

i dont understand then how i need place it then

I haven't actually dived into this league, so I don't know if that condition means that you can allocate the adjacent nodes, apply the tattoo, then remove them without penalty...

...but an example of a node you could use it on is the bottom-most strength node in the column on the far left (you already have it allocated as part of the line you mentioned). If you allocate all its adjacent nodes--the first node of the 4 wheels, and the strength node by Blood Magic--the tattoo should be able to be placed there.
