[US] Intermittent latency spiking from 15-20ms to about 600ms for 2-5 seconds.

As the title states, I'm experiencing some latency spikes intermittently pretty randomly. The spikes really have no certain time between them. Over the past 48 hours I've experienced them within 30 seconds apart, or about 15 minutes apart.

Below are the results from the WinMTR for a few minutes of time capturing packets. I realize that there is 100% packet loss on one of the nodes on the route. However, even when connecting to a VPN to Chicago, or New York, or Texas, AND changing the gateway I'm still experiencing the same issues while on the VPN and while on a different gateway.

My firewall is completely off, I'm on 1gb Verizon Fios, and I'm using an Orbi RBR750. There are no blocked websites, keywords, or servers. I also live within 2 hours of the Data Center in Washington DC, which is the server that I typically use.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

-- Note regarding the server with 100% packet loss.
-- Earlier in the day that resolved to the host name commented above (lag-19.asbnvaeg-ppr01-cc.alter.net), I have not been able to find an associated ip address for that host name.

I have tried turning off IPv6 checksum offload, turning IPv6 off altogether, VPN on multiple different nodes and gateways and different variations of them and I still seem to be having the same issue. Below this is a screenshot of what the latency looks like as well when it's happening.

Hi, did you get to a conlusion on this issue?

I'm having horrible but stable lag in my the Brazilian Realm and my ISP is going to enable my ipv6 and I'm looking for people who have ipv6 issues so I can be aware of them.
