Annoint recipe change?

Trying to get Vengeant Cascade on an amulet, but golden, golden, amber no longer works. It gives a totem enchantment instead. Anyone knows what the new recipe is?

Its opalescent, indigo, verdant but I dont think you want it anymore unless you want your projectiles returning to you to have 150% increased speed.
