Totems do not trigger unwavering crusade

Totem kills/hits on rare or uniques are not triggering the elemental relic when Unwavering Crusade is allocated...
Totems are allies right? =/

Totems are not allies, no. They count as part of you and thus scale with your buffs, skill tree, supports, auras, and equipment. On-kill and on-hit effects, however, do not apply to your totems. Only effects, which become part of the totem, meaning in most cases support gem effects, will trigger — except in the cases where they doesn't.

In short:
Totems are not allies, and the definition of "you" is so inconsistent across practically all mentions of it that it never applies to totems.

GGG, please fix the bug and enable the kill or hit by totem as ally to trigger summon elemental relic. It will be fun to create diversified build.

Looking at previous history, radiant crusade was bugged where totem was not counted as ally. After 3.13.1c patch, the bug was fixed.

Ran into this as well. Bug number 2,178,942,948.



Totems _are_ allies - as shown previously with radiant crusade. Seems like unwavering crusade is bugged and not properly counting totems as allies. It should be that totem kills and totem hits on rare or unique enemies can trigger summon elemental relic.

Same issue with myself and Earthbreaker Doryani's Fist not triggering unwavering crusade. Earthbreaker totems should count as allies as unwavering crusade says "25% chance to Trigger Level 20 Summon Elemental Relic when you or a nearby Ally Kill an Enemy, or Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy".
