Terrible Latency on South African Servers

Hi,
The last league, and now the new league, I haven't been able to play PoE on the South African servers due to the extremely high latency issues I'm experiencing. I had to resort using ExitLag to fix the issue, but it has just stopped working completely.

My average latency was always between 12 and 16ms, but it suddenly started peaking at 180ms and never went down again (for 5 months). I tried using ExitLag, which worked in the past, but now it goes up to 360ms when I use it.
I'm out of fixes to try. Even my ISP says its nothing on their end. I had to stop playing because of this.

Can this please just be looked into. I'm so tired of this nonsense.
