constant mouse freezes - RESOLVED

AMD Ryzen 7 5700
NVidia Geforce RTX 3070
driver version 536.99 (previous verison also same issue)
16GB Ram
Game installed on SSD
Shaders set to unlimited space
Mouse - G604 Logitech Lightspeed (issue persists on wireless and bluetooth)
no my mouse is not dead or dying
no overlays
reinstalled game(standalone) last night and the issue persists

My mouse periodically stops functioning for 1s-2s while playing. No lag spikes during each event. Character movement and sounds persist during the affected times. This issue came about after the last engine patch. I only use this PC for POE and D4, and d4 has no issues whatsoever other than being boring. I started ancestor league normally without any mouse issues, and by time i passed Brutus, the issues started back. I have tried every combination of video settings imaginable. This issue happens even on the login screen, and also while tabbed out with POE in the background. Closing POE resolves the issue completely. Unplayable now, please help.

swapped to old mouse G603

Seeing the same problem. So uninstalle game, delete POE folder, reinstall?

The problem eventually came back. So i decided to try a different mouse (g603) instead, and it doesn't have any issues so far. im beginning to believe its an issue with the G604 specifically. the clean install and new cfg worked wonders until i got into maps this league, and the issue returned badly in bestiary master missions. Also, when i would tab out of the game, it would cause cursor delays even worse while poe was in the background while doing other things. fixed for now with the different mouse. hope this helps
