New unique ring - Tawhanuku's Timing

This ring should grant 20% of the cost as ES every cast instead of 100% of the cost every fifth cast.
Overall the amount of ES granted is the same but the reliability of every cast would make this ring usable. Last bumped on Aug 17, 2023, 8:31:02 PM

I agree, unless there is an interaction somewhere that makes sense with this and were just not learned up enough to know what other item it is.
