How it works exactly?A hit that stun has 50% more fire damage,or all hit get that bonus?

So the more damage is intended as stun threshold and not real damage,am i right?

there is no more damage here, treat that modifier as "bonus to stun magnitude, resulting in same stun as if you've inflicted 50% more damage"
